This warranty covers your newly purchased puppy only: For companion, not resale. We are not responsible for any associated charges such as veterinary fees etc. To qualify for this warranty you must meet the following terms:

This warranty is a 6 month health warranty on serious genetic problems only. If you wish to make a claim; you must bring this warranty with you.
We guarantee puppies to be healthy at time of purchase to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale.
If any life threatening health problems are found, The puppy needs to be returned immediately with a written statement from the vet. Puppy will be exchanged for another pup at the time or when one is available. Exchange must be for the same sex also. There will be no cash refund for any reason.
WE GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SERIOUS GENETIC DEFECTS: I.E. HEART, LUNGS AND KIDNEYS WITHIN THE 6 MONTHS FROM WHEN THE PUP IS PICKED UP. NO WARRANTY ON HYPOGLYCEMIA! OR OPEN FONTANELLES, because this normal characteristic you may or may not encounter in small breeds. I do not warrant against corona virus and parvovirus also coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, which are easily treated and is common in pups that are shipped/traveled and usually caused by bacteria, kennel cough is self-limiting and is like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. I do not cover what is considered normal or common traits in puppies such as; cherry eye, gastermitis, loose hips, loose knees elongated soft palate, Or any other pup ailments such as worms, any viral bacterial diseases of disorders brought on by parasites. Fleas can be picked up through travel, along with other certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, examples are: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, démodé tic mange, and all other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
If your puppy should die of any genetic problems, an autopsy from a licensed veterinary lab is required for placement of the puppy. The buyer is responsible for transportation cost to and from the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy
No cash refunds will be made. Pup must be picked-up when weaned at 8 to 9 weeks of age depending on when the pup is eating well; I will call you to confirm the date of pick-up. If the pup is not picked up at this time there will be a fee of $50.00 added to price of the pup for each week it is not picked up and any other charges incurred for the puppy (vaccinations, veterinary care, deworming, etc.), up to 2 weeks after the original pick up date for the extra care of the pup. The pup will only be held for 2 weeks and then after the 2 weeks the pup will be put up for sale again without further notice.
Deposits on puppies are non refundable. You must sign any and all papers necessary to transfer ownership back to us if the buyer decides not to keep the puppy for any reason, you the buyer is to give the seller first option to have the puppy back. We will try to find this puppy a new home.
There will be no refunds due to incompatibility, allergies, or landlord disputes. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Although we try to predict grown size and color, we do not guarantee either.
THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT IS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SELLER AND BUYER (AS SIGNED BELOW) I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED ABOVE.
